Limited amenities in the room, such as the absence of a fridge or minibar. Inadequate toilet design with the shower leaking and making the floor constantly wet.

The location was out of town which suited us as the temples were close by..a little hard to find.

I was surprised that my room had no hot water for bathing..this was explained to me that this was the level of room I requested.When I tried to upgrade the hotel was full and did not have a room with hot shower available...booked for three nights and checked out after one..please be more clear in description of hotel so as not to mislead others...thanks

You just can't beat the price of this hotel. Big rooms. Good restaurant. Helped with getting a Tuk Tuk driver for the day. Really good value. WIFI worked good and got water daily from them.

The bathrooms are a little tight... and no hot water... though the water is luke warm... need remodeling. Can't expect a lot when you have such a cheap price though.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location in the city center was convenient, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there are plenty of transport options available to easily reach all the attractions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offers amazing views. the staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. the hotel also has a restaurant on-site, providing convenient dining options.

The bathroom facilities could be improved, as there were some issues with the shower leaking and the toilet seat being wet.

In a standard room there is no hot water. This is unusual for a European traveller. The breakfast could be better in quality and quantity.

Spent Christmas here and had a lovely time! the staff were very friendly and helpful. the bike rentals were great and allowed us to explore the beautiful city. the food at the hotel was delicious and affordable. the rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, but we were able to easily rent bikes to get around. the hot water in the shower was not very consistent.
